Established workplace design and consultancy firm MCM brought me in as the first in-house graphic designer they employed.
My role was to improve the visual communication and presentation of the organisation. It was extremely successful with positive feedback from clients, staff and the wider industry. The improvements I helped to make to the whole remit of the company’s visual identity resulted in a stronger brand that reflected the high end, high quality work MCM have done since being founded in 1989. I also helped to create a far stronger project bidding process that resulted in significant new business and a far higher success rate of bids submitted to bids won.
Some of the projects I worked on at MCM included office fit-out for Marks & Spencer’s new UK headquarters, the UK headquarters for Oscar winning visual effects company Double Negative, Due diligence and building analysis for Lawyers Bid & Bird and headquarters for social housing provider The Peabody Trust.
